Our Story
From the worldwide web to about 150 meters apart 🙂
Our story began in February 2024, when we first met online. Soon after, we met at Zwolle station for our first date. We visited the Rijksmuseum and saw The Night Watch while it was being restored. Since that first date, we have hardly spent a day apart.
Not long after, we decided I would join a trip to the Philippines: our first big adventure together. Ikea wardrobe, big trip — check, check 😉
Then came a two-day cruise to Newcastle, a quick stop in London for Ailene's birthday (Jane's sister), a trip to Texel, and later Norway and Sweden.
And that... was only the first year. Oh, and just before we went to Trondheim in Norway, Patrick proposed to Jane at Vaca Negra in Zwolle. In short: this is only the beginning of our story...
