Formal / Cocktail Chic – in Soft, Romantic Tones
We'd love for you to dress up and celebrate in style! Think elegant cocktail dresses, sharp suits, or a tuxedo if you're feeling fancy — we're celebrating at a castle, after all. For colours, we invite you to embrace soft, romantic tones: blush, dusty rose, champagne, soft yellow, sage, powder blue, or soft lavender. We'd love to keep the palette gentle and muted — so please steer away from dominant or bright shades (no neons!). Red is reserved for our bride, Jane — so please leave that one for her! Whether you go for a dreamy pastel or a warm neutral, we can't wait to see you shine.
What is the dress code?
We're going for Formal / Cocktail Chic in soft, romantic tones. Think elegant cocktail dresses or sharp suits in shades of blush, dusty rose, champagne, soft yellow, sage, powder blue, or soft lavender. We'd love to keep the palette gentle and muted — so please steer away from dominant or bright shades (no neons!), and please avoid black or grey suits as well. Red is reserved for the bride — so please leave that one for her!
Should I wear perfume or fragrance?
We kindly ask all guests to refrain from wearing perfume or any strong fragrances. Jane has a migraine condition that can be triggered by strong scents, so please come fragrance-free. Thank you so much for understanding — it means a lot to us!
Can I bring a plus-one?
No, it is not possible to bring a plus-one.
Until when can I submit or edit my RSVP?
Please submit your RSVP by May 15 at the latest. Changes are possible until June 15. If you need to cancel after that date, please call us or the master of ceremonies.
Will there be parking at the venue?
Yes, parking is available nearby. We will share exact instructions closer to the date.
Are children invited?
We love your little ones. Invitation details will note family arrangements.
What is your gift wish?
We are so happy you'll be celebrating with us. Your presence means the world to us. As we are merging our households, we already have most things we need. We kindly prefer not to receive physical gifts, because due to limited space we most likely simply cannot take them back with us. If you wish to give a gift, a contribution to our honeymoon fund would be greatly appreciated.
